Preston Heritage Food History
Our history and heritage are all around us, not just in buildings that still stand, but in our traditions and customs.
Food is one of the most important of traditions, in what we eat, where we shop, and how eating helps us to interact with others.
This tour takes in some Preston sites that have a particular connection to food. Most are still working as food outlets, where you can sample contemporary and traditional delicacies in historic situations.
